- Oct 22, 2026, 08:57 AMcPanel license checker issue
We have deployed experimental solutions across all cPanel servers and identified license verification errors still present on some of our servers. These cases have been escalated to the cPanel team for further investigation and should soon be resolved. We are also monitoring the situation over the next 48 hours to verify whether any additional license unblocking is required. Websites, email, and databases remain unaffected and continue to operate normally. We will provide further updates as needed.
Hostinger ↗ - Oct 21, 2026, 11:12 AMcPanel license checker issue
We’re currently experiencing an issue with the cPanel license verification system, which may prevent access to cPanel and WHM on some servers. Websites, email, and databases are not affected and continue to operate normally. We’re working closely with the cPanel team to resolve this as quickly as possible. No action is required on your side, and there’s no need to open a support ticket.

What to do right now
- Check the provider's own status page. Open Hostinger's official status page ↗
- Don't restart everything. If the outage is upstream (cloud provider, CDN, auth provider), redeploying your own service usually won't help and may make recovery slower.
- Communicate early. Even a one-line update to your users referencing the upstream incident reduces support load dramatically.
- Watch this page. We post each new vendor update and source as it lands. Bookmark or share the URL with your team.
