Issue with creating support requests for customers with language set to Japanese

Customers with language set to Japanese are unable to raise support requests via the learning centre or access learning centre content.  While we are investigating - it is still possible to contact support by using the following link: <https://miro.com/contact/support> Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause and will provide updates as we learn more. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

What to do next

  • Verify your own services recovered cleanly. Some upstream outages leave queues or caches in a degraded state, run smoke tests before declaring green internally.
  • Save the post-mortem. Vendors usually publish a detailed RCA 1-3 days later. We'll add it to this page when it appears.
  • Watch the provider going forward. Follow Miro's status feed →

GlobalOutageMap aggregates publicly reported signals. We never claim authoritative status, always cross-check the provider's official channel before making business decisions.
